Is there a fee for the session? If so, how much is it?
Yes, there is a fee. My creative fee covers my time, talent and a fun experience only, no prints are included. Regular sessions Monday through Friday are $150 and Saturday is $225. Newborn sessions are $275. Before and After sessions (maternity and newborn) are $350.
What hours are you open?
Monday through Friday 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Saturdays have variable hours, so call for scheduling options.
How do I prepare for my session?
Prior to your session there will be a complimentary consultation to discuss all aspects of the session, including clothing options and locations. At that time you can ask questions and present any ideas you may have. Besides, it's a great way for us to meet face to face because I just love meeting fabulous new people!
Will I be reminded of my session?
Yes. I will call you a day or two before to confirm. If I do not have confirmation from you at least a day prior to the session, the session will be postponed to a later date. I would hate for you to not be able to have your session as planned, so I will do my best to get your confirmation.
How much are your products?
My print products start at $185. Because of my variable pricing structure, the package you build will determine the price. Please contact me via the Contact button to receive pricing information.
What types of products do you offer?
I'm so glad you asked! There are mounted prints, framing options, canvas, portrait books, custom cards and other ready to hang portraits are also available.
What forms of payment are accepted?
Visa/MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, PayPal, ApplePay, cash and checks.
What happens if I or my child get sick on the day of the session?
The session will be rescheduled for a time when you/they are feeling better. Nobody likes having their portraits taken when they don't feel well...especially children. I want this to be a wonderful experience for everyone!
How and when can I view my images from the session?
A slideshow presentation of your images will be presented to you at your home about a week after your session. During this session is when you will be expected to place your order and provide payment.
What if I cannot provide the full payment at the ordering session?
Don't sweat it. A down payment can be placed and if need be, a payment plan can be created for you. So don't worry, you will be able to get everything you want.
Will I have a chance to preview and approve custom work? If so, how?
Yes. You will be provided an electronic proof via email to approve the overall design and text. Since monitors can be as unique as people, color proofing will not be offered.
How many revisions can I have?
You can have as many revisions as you deem necessary. The first revision is complimentary. Additional revisions will be $75 per request.
How long will it take for my order to be ready?
Depending on what you order, it can take from 1 to 4 weeks. If you have a specific deadline that needs to be met, please let me know during the consultation so that the appropriate scheduling can be made.
How can I receive my order?
You have the option of picking your order up from my studio Monday through Friday or I can deliver it to you on a scheduled Friday. If you live rather far from my studio,(about an hour or so) or will not be available on a Friday, I can have it shipped to you for an additional $10.00.
